GOTTEN GREAT ADVICE FROM THE BOYS ABOUT WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN GOING THROUGH CANCER TREATMENTS. >> NOW, YOUR WLKY WEATHER WITH METEOROLOGIST CHRIS JOHNSON. CHRIS: ANOTHER CHILL DAY, BUT FORGET ABOUT THAT. WE HAD SUNSHINE BREAKING UP. IT WAS NICE TO SEE OFFICIALLY HITTING 50 44 THAT AFTERNOON HI. LOTS OF SUNSHIN THROUGHOUT DOWNTOWN. THROUGHOUT THIS EVENING, TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO COOL OFF. CURRENTLY SITTING AT OUR HIGH TODAY, 54 DEGREES. THE WIND AT NORTH AT ABOUT FIVE MILES PER HOUR GIVING THOSE TEMPERATURES LOWER TO MID 50’S. MID TO UPPER 40’S TO OUR NORTH AND NORTHEAST. AS WE SCAN THE SKIES, WE ARE ON THE DRY SIDE. EXPECTED TO STAY DRY THROUGH TONIGHT, THROUGH THE WEEKEND AND FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. THIS EVENING, THE LIGHT COAT A HANDY ITEM. GOING INTO THE LOWER 50’S TO UPPER 40’S THIS EVENING UNDER CLEAR SKIES. ALL BECAUSE OF HIGH PRESSURE TO OUR NORTH AND WEST. A NORTHERLY WIND, THAT WILL SET THE STAGE FOR A NICE AND CHILLY NIGHT. THAT IS WHAT WE WILL SEE AS WE WAKE UP INTO SATURDAY MORNING. BECAUSE OF THIS SET UP, FROST ADVISORY IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF THE VIEWING AREA. YOU CAN SEE FREEZE WARNINGS ACROSS OUR FAR NORTHERN AND EASTERN COUNTIES. WAKING UP TO FROST IN SPOTS. TEMPERATURES DROP OFF TO THE LOWER AND MID 30’S. 37 DEGREES FOR THAT PROJECTED LOW IN DOWNTOWN LOUISVILLE. NOTHING GOING ON, CLEAR SKIES. CHILLY THIS EVENING, COLD TONIGHT. SATURDAY AFTERNOON, AT HALLOWEEN AFTERNOON, THINGS ARE LOOKING PRETTY GOOD. IT IS A WARMER DAY, AND THE HALLOWEEN FORECAST IS NICE. DID YOU LIKE THAT CANDY CORN THERE? TOMORROW AFTERNOON, IF YOU WERE HEADING OUT OR DOING A DRIVE-BY, SOCIALLY DISTANCE, WEAR. WE ARE INTO THE 50’S. IT IS HALLOWEEN. LOOKING AHEAD, WE WILL TRACK AND A COLD FRONT SUNDAY MORNING. NOT A TON OF MOISTURE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM. EXPECTING MAINLY DRY SKIES TO PREVAIL. IT WILL BRING CLOUD COVER OUR WAY AND THE WINDS BREEZY. IT WILL BRING IN CHILLY AIR AND WE WILL FEEL THAT SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND AS WE WAKE UP MONDAY MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE IS BUILDING IN, BUT COLDER AIR SETTLING IN BRIEFLY. WIDESPREAD FROST WILL BE A GOOD POSSIBILITY WAKING UP MONDAY MORNING. TEMPERATURES, UPPER 20’S AND LOWER 30’S. THAT IS COLD. FOR TONIGHT, CLEAR AND COLD OUT THERE. DROPPING DOWN TO 37 IN THE METRO. OUTLYING LOCATIONS, MID TO LOWER 30’S. PATCHY FROST A POSSIBILITY. TOMORROW, LOOKING GREAT. LOTS O SUNSHINE, LOWER 60’S. LA HALLOWEEN, WE HAD TEMPERATURES IN THE 30’S AND SPITTING SNOW. COMPLETE OPPOSITE. WE ARE GETTING AN HOUR OF SLEEP. LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT. THERE IS THAT COLD CHART OF AIR THAT SHOWS UP BUT IT IS BRIEF. ELECTION DAY LOOKING GREAT WEATHERWISE. IT GETS EVEN BETTER AFTER THAT. MID TO UPPER 60’S MAKING A RETURN TO THE FORECAST NEXT MID-TO-LATE WEEK. IF WE WENT OUT INTO THE NEXT WEEK WENT — NEXT WEEKEND, WE COULD BE TALKING 70’S.
