The names of the driver arrested in a crash on Dixie Highway and the teen girl that was killed in the crash have been released.Police said Michael Dewitt, 28, is charged with murder, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid, among other charges.Detectives say he was on drugs and alcohol, driving a stolen truck the wrong way on Dixie Highway Monday night when he hit another car head-on.The 17-year-old girl driving that car, identified as Madelynn Noel Troutt, of Louisville, was killed. Police say Dewitt tried to run from the scene, but witnesses held him there until officers arrived.According to his arrest report, Dewitt also had two stolen guns with him at the time and is a convicted felon.It also said he was driving on an expired Kentucky learner’s permit.Dewitt is being held on $500,000 full cash bond.
