A former employee intentionally left 57 vials of the Moderna vaccine out of a pharmacy refrigerator overnight at a Wisconsin hospital that had to be thrown out, according to Advocate Aurora Health. After an initial internal investigation at Aurora Medical Center-Grafton, it was first believed to be human error.But then the person in question Wednesday admitted that they intentionally removed the vaccine from refrigeration.
