A former assistant principal in Bullitt County is accused of exchanging nude photos with a student.Jeffery Morning, 35, who worked at Riverview Opportunity Center in Shepherdsville, was arrested Friday, June 4 at his home in Bardstown.According to court records, he sent pictures with his genitals exposed to a student using the Snapchat app.The Bullitt County sheriff sent out a news release on Tuesday morning saying the juvenile told police there had been ongoing communication for about a month.Morning also requested and received nude photos from the juvenile, police said.The sheriff’s office said at least some of the photos appear to have been taken on school grounds. The juvenile reported the incident on May 6. That same day Morning was interviewed by police, and later escorted off campus. He was immediately placed on suspension pending further investigation but resigned May 13. Sholar said, although no complaints have been received, the department was also reviewing Morning’s time as a guidance counselor at Bluegrass Middle School, in Hardin County. A school spokesperson said he was there during the 2018-2019 school year before leaving to accept the assistant principal’s job in Bullitt County.
