St. Stephen Baptist Church to host free coronavirus testing Friday

A drive-thru testing site will open in West Louisville this week. The pop-up testing site will open Friday morning in the parking lot of St. Stephen Church. No appointment will be necessary for testing. The test will be given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Testing is free, and funding is covered by the CARES Act. “It is our goal to make COVID-19 testing available to everyone in the community,” says President James. “If you are unsure if you have come in contact with someone who has the virus, then this is a chance to be tested and know what steps you need to take.”Testing will begin at 9 a.m.
