A Louisville man was arraigned this week after he was indicted in connection with a September shooting that claimed the lives of three men in Highview.Michael Rhynes Jr. is charged with three counts of murder.Investigators said he shot three men outside Bungalow Joe’s Bar and Grill the evening of Sept. 18. Those men were identified as Toreon Hudson, 26, William Smallwood, 48, and Steven Head, 24.Louisville Metro police detectives are still trying to determine a motive in the shooting.Through a Facebook post, the owner of the business said a man walked up to a group of regulars and employees sitting on the patio and opened fire.Protect Environmental, an environmental consulting company where the men worked, issued a statement on Facebook remembering the three employees who died.”Scott Smallwood, Steven Head, and Toreon Hudson were killed in a senseless act of violence on Friday evening,” the company said.Rhynes is being held on a $1 million bond and will be back in court in January.
